Green Anoels

Hello Everyone,

Well i need a little help from you guys. I have a few stubborn corn snake babies that won't eat, so before i attempt force feeding i'm going to try scenting the pinks with anoels.

I went to the pet store and got some crix. and 2 anoels. I was just wondering if anyone had a link to a good site for information on these guys. Even if i'm just "using" them, i still want to give them proper care. I'm willing to do the research i just don't have the time to read all the crap sites and determine the care for myself. So if anyone can point me in the right direction, i would greatly appreciate it.

I know they need UVB (which is taken care of). I just don't know much more about them than that.

I'm off to put them in thier new home, Thanks to anyone that can help.

Jamie

If you're talking about green anoles, I can help you out with taking care of them. I had 4 of them when I was little.
They are from tropical environments so their habitat needs to be kept moist. You should spray it a couple times a day to keep the moisture up and of course, they love plants and basking spots. You'll need the proper lighting which I can't remember off hand although Im sure that you need a UVB lights which you already have. They eat crickets and I remember giving mine some baby food, like blue berry baby food or something, every once in a while as a treat. Um, yeah and that's about it that I can't remember. Just remember, they need a moist environment because they are from the tropics.

I hope this helps you out a little bit. Goodluck!! :O)
