Is there a way to sex Japanese Firebelly Newts, African Dwarf and Clawed Frogs?

male clawed frogs, once they have reached a certain age, will have black nuptial pads on the interior of their arms.

Not sure if this will be helpful, but male Dwarf Frogs make noise at night.
