My new Boa constrictor longicauda
Hi everyone
I would like to share my new animals in here since i havent seen many BCL on this site. I got these animals yesterday, and took the pictures while introducing them to their new homes

Hope you all like them, i sure do I had to drive 1600km to get these animals

This is the boa that is #1 on my list for this year. They are my favorite boa subspecies. Keep those pics coming as it gets older, these things are usually STUNNING as adults!

Is it true that this subspecies gets to be a bit bigger than just a regular ole' bci?I think they are totally awesome, i love the black head stripes.Hows the temperment on these guys?

Bring Peruvian, they do tend to get bigger than BCI, yes. There is some debate as to whether BCL is a legitimate subspecies, or if they are just a BCC.

1600 KM's!!! Holy Crow! They look wicked though.
It doesn't look anything like any BCC's I've ever seen, but I guess a Central American BCI doesn't look anything like a Hogg Island BCI, so who knows.

Nice longtails. I have been looking for a pair, unfortunately only sources I found in the states want large purchase before they'll bother with cites.Ken we'll have to talk ... 420, they are about 400-900 us dollars from what i have found
