Finally!!!!
My male, Neo, finally ate tonight. He hadn't ate since 11/26/04. It was also the most aggressive strike I have ever seen from him. I pulled his rubbermaid out and his tail was hanging out his cool side hide. I peeked inside the hide and all you could see was his heat pits. I took the rat and rubbed it on his tail and pulled it away. He came out about 3 inches to investigate so I moved the rat toward him slowly and he retreated back into his hide for a few seconds and came out again. I slowly moved the rat toward him again and BAMM!!! The hide flew right out of the rubbermaid. It was AWESOME!!
I also noticed he's beginning a shed cycle. First shed since 11/23/04.
Thanks for looking,
Sam
P.S. Sorry for the long post....

My male also recently came out of his winter fast, much earlier then usual; (a couple weeks ago) I'm feeding him again right now.

My male is also not eating but he is breeding and that is normal for male balls during breeding season. Good luck to all of you that have males eating and I hope they continue to eat for you.

My male ate the past 3 weeks after a 3 month fast. The girl is likely gravid and has no interest in food, me or the male.

Finally got the male to eat tonight - perhaps they are sensing that spring is in the air...
