Alice Coopers Snake Undergoes Surgury...
Cut and pasted...
"Alice Cooper's pet snake was forced to undergo emergency surgery after eating a 12-by-14 inch heating pad.
Surgeon's battled to save the eight-foot python, also named Alice, after it ate the heating device, and its wires, which had been left in her cage by mistake.
Just hours before the rock star and his band were due on stage in Connecticut, one of Cooper's stage crew noticed an unusually large bulge in the snake - who eats live rats as part of Cooper's stage show - and immediately called snake helper Alison Sloan.
After looking at the pet, Sloan advised Cooper to take Alice to see veterinarian Richard Jacobs, who sliced open the python to remove the object.
When looking at an X-ray of Alice, Jacobs said: "That's an outrageous X-ray. It's probably the most astonishing X-ray I've taken in my career."
-I find it strange that the heat pad was left in there by accident!?!
Anyone else find that strange?
But who knows if it's even true, because I'm 99% positive his snake Alice is a Columbian Boa not a python.
Hump.

I believe Alice Cooper has a few differnet snakes, but yeah he is more known to use Boas in his performances.
It is a true story, and he ended up donating the snake to the vets office that saved her. At least that's what I read months back when the story first broke. I think the swallowing was the accident.

That's craziness! Why the heck would he donate her though!?!
They probably didn't even want it!

You're probably right, I just think it's weird. But so is Alice Cooper! LOL!
I stumbled across it when I was searching for the picture of Paris Hilton holding her adult Dumerils Boa. If anyone has it, hook a brother up!
Thanks
Hump.

She is in a Guess jeans ad campaign posing with a Dumeril's. It's in the latest issue of Maxim, and a few other magazines.......
Try finding Guess Jeans website.
Colin
P.S. I was more interested in the snake than in her, when I first saw the ad.

I read a post on RTB.net by the guy that dumeril belongs to. Apparently it's a pretty lucrative gig to loan out your snakes for print shoots/commercials/movies. Anyhoo, just wanted to clarify that that is NOT Paris Hilton's snake. She doesn't have the class to appreciate such a beautiful animal (and it would probably make a snack of her chihuahua.)

I find the lack of class to be what I like about her. I either like high class or low class, nothing in between. Forget the snake, I'll take Paris anytime; it wouldn't be appropriate to tell you why, but I have my reasons.

That is funny,
A few month ago, I participate for a photo session. For a contest, a girl model want to make sexy photos with a snake. The photograph know me and give me a call. I bring one of my dumeril for the session. Interesting experience.
