Feeding Questions

I remember reading somewhere that sub-adults (6 months+) should be feed 80% greens, 5% fruit and 15% insects. Is this a good recommendation?

As well, has anyone feed their beardies boiled eggs? I am asking because I know people do this with monitors and tegus and I was wondering if it would be good for a beardie. It makes sense to me because if they are eating 80% + greens, they would protein from egg.
