A good idea??

do u think its a good idea to use those drawer rubbermaids..sort of like this??

Nope.

I put my IJ in one and he pushed his head behind the box in the back which in return pushed the drawer out and he was then found by my mom on her table in the morning. Wasnt a pretty sight lol but yeah they dont work but for geckos they are great!

oh ok..good thing u told me lol..
i have a corn now that i keep in a tank..but im going to be getting a Mexican Black Kingsnake within a month or so..and im gunna have to keep it in a rubbermaid until i have enough $ and space to setup a tank.. i've never really used a rubbermaid..so thats why i was wondering. thanks!

If you have access to someone who is good with their hands, you could build a very inexpensive rack with melamine and rubbermaids. Search for racks on the internet and on these forums in the search section, you'll find a ton of info on them.

thanks bart..i dont think i need a rack system just yet..this is just temporary for a few months until i can move it into a tank. i like the look of tanks alot more than rubbermaids..besides i dont have a collection big enough yet..when i have more than 3-4 im gunna use alot more rubbermaids..
