what species am I?

Ok folks I got a new friend added to my collection here this week and well I am trying to figure out what species of 4 that I know of is this little guy. It really looks to me like a burton legless lizard(Lialis burtonis). Let me know what you all think.

Do you have a clear pic ? that one is a bit blurry, which makes it hard to tell which species it may be.

I am think a Burton's aswell. Does it have little nubs where the feet would be?

I have seen something move in that general area but I am not to sure IMO. If it is I am going to have to house it away from the snakes. Then I am going to have to buy skinks from the info that I have read on him. Who's to say.
