Ya, my mom actually breeds Miniature Schnauzers and our one females that we breed has had 31 puppies in 5 years in all. We are quite happy with her and last year was her last litter. Now she is just a pet and my favorite dog We are going to take a year off from puppies to find another female and to give us a break. Wait till there 5-8 weeks and they will be a total nuisance.

Great looking pups. Our Chesapeake Bay Retriever had a litter of 12, 2 years ago. Tonnes of work, but lots of fun. Best of luck with the little ones.
Our next dog will probably be a GSP.

Easy for you to say -- you didn't have 52 legs kicking your liver for 2 months
Congrats on the puppies, Teresa.

Wow another litter! I can totally see a resemblance to my Am Staff mix. He has the same brown spots, flecks and the brown nose. Plus he is really careful picking stuff up in his mouth. Those are some great looking dogs good luck with the puppies!

Oh Tarzet, you have no idea how badly I want one.
My parents recently got themselves a new GSP pointer puppy. Gorgeous, and too smart for it's own good. My dad can hardly wait to hit the feild with her.
Congrats.

Vengeance, I see one contact there for all of Canada.
I understand there are animals that need rescuing.
There are tons of leos, bearded dragons, iguanas, turtles, boas, pythons, etc etc ETC that need resucing as well - but we don't harrass the breeders here. Especially not when they post a thread about how thrilled they are to have new hatchlings.

Most dogs up for adoption are crossbreeds, you would be surprised how many people want these hunting dogs in the prarie provinces and in North Dakota and Minn.
