my newest gecko and tank

well my g-friend went out boxingday shopping and brought home this for me.... hes really cute but i would have liked to do more reasearch first.... i was lucky that most of the stuff needed i already had...

they say hes a central american banded gecko.... hes about 5-6" and hes full grown.... hes tiny...

and i went out and bought this tank for 45 bucks... its a 40 gal brand new in a box.... it was supposed to be 79, it was 74 on sale but the girl screwed up and just punched in that it was a rectangle tank.... at least i think.... she said "ya thats right" like i thought it was to much... so i wasnt argueing ...lol... there will be a trio of cresties.....

....

thanks for lookin.... happy holidays

I find the CA banded geckos like privacy, and are prone to stress. So lots of hiding spots. They also like it far more humid than leos do. I supplied my group with a moist hide, and I also misted them lightly every night.
