Wood Frogs?

Just curious if anyone has seen/caught any Wood Frogs, Rana sylvatica i think, on Vancouver Island? I have photos but no scanner so i cant post them yet.

Shouldn't be any sylvicata's on the Island.

Ya i thougth so. Maybe its just a nice red legged. Ill have to show the pics.

Yeah, that's interesting. Could be an aurora aurora with no black flecks. Often they are quite light brown (tan) in color too!

Ya probably that sounds right. It was tan/light red with very few black markings.
