My New Male Argentine Boa!!!
This is the only picture I have so far because he'll be here on Tuesday morning. I bought him today as a mate for my 7' 2" female Maria.
Oh and if you forgot what my female looks like here she is...
My female is already cooling and so has the male so hopefully I'll see some mating in the next few weeks when I put them together. This is my first attempt at breeding snakes so we'll see how they turn out.

Unless you know this snake and the owner very well I would not put them together just yet. You should quarantine any new snake for a few weeks before adding them to your collection.
PS
Great looking snakes, I'm thinking of getting a male today. If I may ask how much did you pay for them? I'm looking at a 3FT male for $120.00, not sure if that's good or bad.

120 is a good price for a yearling, they are usually more like 180-225.

Thanks, he is a dark black/white argentine kinda looks like the one in the 2cd pic. I've got BCI's, Dums and JCP's how would you compare Argies to these in temperment and size? How old or at what size can you breed argies?

I paid $225 and it's from a guy who does awesome buisness on King snake .com and Fauna Classifieds. His name is TimKoppenhofer search his last mane on Fauna classifieds and you'll find nothing but pages of amazing reviews. He travels around to all the different Herp shows across the Country and deals with some of the Craziest Ball Pythons and some Albino Boas.
I think $150 is a good deal. I only paid $100 for the female and she's beautiful. I got her from a military family who was heading overseas and couldn't take her with them.
I trust the guy I'm getting the male from but if you feel the need do some searching on his name over on http://faunaclassifieds.com
Check it Out!!! Hopefully next year I'll have some little ones to sell!!!

Even though you trust him. I would place the new boa in quarintine for a min. of 4 weeks. check for mites. use paper towels for a substrate. And good luck. He looks like he has a brown/red color. very nice.

Absolutly!
I don't care who you buy from, I always quarantine for
6-8 weeks away from my reptile room in a simple rubbermaid setup with paper towels and a waterbowl.
