fruit fly maggots

Can fruit fly maggots be feed to baby chameleons or is it not as good as the flies? Anyone have ingredents they want to share?

Fruit fly maggots are a little small but work well. I smash a bannana and mis in yeast, calcium powder, sugar and a multi Vit.
It's neat to watch them eat small insects.

Yep the fly larva work well as a differant food. They are just really time consuming to seperate from the mix.
I find it easier to just use flour beetle larva. They are alittle bigger and much easier to get out of the substrate.
