Places like beanfarm.com sell medications over the internet. As well as being able to purchase Flagyl and Panacur at feed/hay shops *I THINK*

At least in the US, it is prescription only. Which is nice since if you inject straight Baytril into a boid without cutting it, you have a high risk of sterile abscesses (Baytril Burns). Administering it orally works just as good.

it is a prescription only because it is an antibiotic. Beanfarm offers some meds, but not baytril as far as I know. You may want to contact your vet and chat with him about purchasing it, as some vets will dispense it if they know you are a reptile keeper.

Good luck! Most herp antibiotics are controlled drugs and not available over the counter.
It's also even harder to get injectable drugs.Even most vets won't equip pet keepers to give their own injections at home.
This poses a huge liability issue for them, plus part of their revenue stream is generated from multiple office visits.
Years ago some antibiotics were available off the shelf for aquarium use and herpers were using those. Chloramphenicol was one, but it's recently been pulled off the consumer shelves as well. I was told it was because its dangerous and can cause renal dmage
Even antihelmiths and antiprotozoals like metronidozole(flagyl) and
fendendazole(panacur) are not available off the shelf. While they might be available mail order, you'll need vet involvement to get them in Canada, as far as I am aware.

Legally a vet has to have seen the animal to be able to give it a prescription. S/He can get their liscense taken away.

While metronidazole is controlled, fenbendazole is still available at farm supply stores under the label 'Safe-Guard'.
