He looks too be a Bci too me, too be positive you can do a simple saddle count. but just be that pic I would say Bci.

B.c.i. To be sure you'd have to do the saddle and scale counting stuff but you can tell just by their general appearance once you've seen enough of each.

That looks like a pretty nice size for a one year old male, about 4 feet I'd guess?
