she shed, but i cant find it!!

my boa had milky eyes for a few days which led me to beleive she was getting ready to shed. i come back from a 2day vacation and her eyes are clear as can be. but i cant find the skin anywhere!? did she eat it? or were her eyes milky for some other reason? im very confused.

Not familar with boas....but pretty sure it's the same as pythons. After the milky eyes, they eyecap will move away from the eye so it appears transparent. She/He will then shed a day or two later.

So.....nope, she didn't eat it.....and it didn't run away on it's own. She/He hasn't shed.....yet.

I experienced the same thing with my biggest male half a year ago. His eyes became clear, looked like he shedded but never found anything at all. Two months later he got again his milky eyes, I waited but this time he normally sheded. To my opinion he just missed one shed, don't know how this could be but I was pretty sure he didn't shed the first time??

The same thing happened with my boa a few weeks ago. I was certain she was about to shed, but then I noticed her eyes had cleared up, but no shedding anywhere in the cage. Just as everyone else before me mentioned, about 2 days later, she shed and all was good.
