Blind snake???????????
Ok, sometimes I sware, my ball python seems to be blind!!! Its really weird, like she will bump into things, and then I can wave my hand all around her head, and she doesnt do anything!! Most of my snakes would pull back or something. Is there arny for sure wasy to tell if your snake is blind. Oh, almost forgot, one time I was feeding her, and I was dangling the pinkie and she struck, but she completly missed!!! Well, lemme know!!

Hey, J.J.
Although a trip to the vet never hurts, I wouldn't get too worried about your snake. My BP is much the same way .. I've had him strike two or three times at a mouse that was just standing in front of him and miss. I actually had him wrap a plant once and squish it to death. lol. He looked quite upset when he unwrapped and realized it wasn't a mouse. BP's tend to rely more on smell and heat to "see" what's going on. ('course that doesn't explain the plant thing!)

LOL!! that is too funny!!! ha ha!! Well, I guess Im not worried, I just wanted to know. Because, I know if she is blind, she still can smell and use her heat senses. Ok, thanx alot!! Anyways, I dont liek takingmy snakies to the vet cause my baby boa got 3 shots there, and now she is alot more alert and isnt as nice, but se still is a sweetheart!

I have a baby corn that strikes and forgets to open her mouth! It's the funniest thing. It took four strikes on a pinky today before she remembered to open wide!
