looks like a 3 toe to me, but there's a very easy way to tell: count the toes on the hindfoot!

Matt: Yeah we did keep his enclosure in the living room, but we may put him somewhere else...he's a bit too high for me to reach
Thunder: he's got more than 3 toes...you can tell on the 3rd last pic... i will count again tonight but i think he's got 4 toes on his hindfoot.

I would say it is an Eastern based on the fact that it has a light coloured spot on each of its larger scutes. On its plastron does it have a central dark spot??
They may not always have the centralized pigment, but its another step indicating an E. box.
Optimus, they generally grow up to a max. of 6 inches (length of carapace)
Hope you enjoy it, they're definatly adorable when they're young, or i suppose anytime at that!
