Large Rubbermaid ?'s

I have bought a large rubbermaid container. I plan to get a Columbian BCI to put in it for about a year. What is the best heat pad to use in it. The Exo-Terra is the cheapest but I have used the Zoomed one before. Which of these two would be the best to use on a rubbermaid? I also want to know about vent holes. How many and stuff like that? The link will take you to what type of rubbermaid I have bought. Please give all feedback you can

Thanks
