I saw the leucistic veiled, although the owner called him a 'pastel veiled' (yes it was male too so it was even more amazing) at his private collection in Richmond, Vancouver. The owner's name was Craig Goldie, but this was going on 4 years ago and the male has died, but there are a ton of veileds out there now carrying that gene, and apparently my male veiled is a second generation descendant from the pastel one. Craig has been out of the hobby for two years though, he had some amazing chameleons, Brookesia perarmata, Chamaeleo quadricornus, fischerii, weirnerii, and about 20 other species, it was amazing. He also had some Uroplatus ebenauei (spell?) and some extremely rare Malaysian water alligator skinks that were really cool.

If I'm not mistaken, all chams except Panthers, Carpets, and Rhampholeons are banned for exporting from the wild.

The B. perarmata were sold to someone else, although I'm not sure who. They were originally exported from a breeder in the US, I think it was Pacific Coast Reptiles or something along those lines.

according to this website B. perarmata is Cites Appendix I as of November 2002. you can also check the cites.org's list here. in case you don't know (i didn't) "Appendix I includes species threatened with extinction. Trade in specimens of these species is permitted only in exceptional circumstances." (cites.org).
