Ghost honduran breeding - finally success
The storm front and rain that moved through here today had a positive effect on everyone and I finally got the result I have been hoping for. One of my two ghost honduran males (the one with a spot!) paired up with this tangerine girl -
She produced for us last year and though I got this male as unproven from Terry Dunham, it is great to have him come through. Though the ghosts don't have the dramatic color of the tangerines, I love them and really have my fingers crossed for this clutch.
Just had to share,
mary v.

Looked like she was ovulating this weekend and he locked up with her again, so as long as he isn't shooting blanks I am optomisitic that I will have a couple hets - but still a long way to go before there are baby snakes! He certainly was much more confident the second time around - next year he should have the size and desire to take on the bigger female.
