Mite or something else?
I guess I should be 100% certain it is mites....

After holding my boa I noticed this little black, circular, the exact size of a pinhead creature on my arm. It smushed easily and left blood colouring.

Checked snake, found 2 more. Washed and checked other snakes, nothing.

Mites? or do I have cooties?

Definitely sounds like mites. The excessive blood for the size of the bug is a clear indicator.
