DIY sunning cages for UV needing lizards

Does anyone have pics or idea;'s of how to make an outdoor enclosure for lizards requiring UV?

Like the mesh aquariums, but not as meshy LOL.

There;'s lots made from PVC, but I think I would rather something other than that.

so any ideas, links, pics would be appreciated.

Country:
I don't know what it was made out of, but my dad made one out of wood framing and metal mesh of sorts when I was small. So far all I have been able to find looking at metal mesh is galvanized stuff which really isn't the best option. I am going to be building my tortoise a pen and so far I'm considering going with aluminum screen for the sides and using hardware cloth or chicken wire for the top. I really like the PVC-coated stuff, but Home Depot only sells the large chain-link fence and I am not sure how well that will keep some of the smaller stuff out. I am still looking in to it all...
