probably not a tokay, then, unless it lost it's teeth somehow. It I'm still guessing it's a leopard gecko. although they do have teeth, when they bite (which, again, isn't very common) they rarely actually bite hard enough to make you bleed. The only case I've heard of is when some guy was testing male scent and behavior to other males. He actually put the scent on his hand and left it there for the gecko to bite. Even then he said it didn't hurt very bad.
