Beardies or Uros?
What do you guys think I should get? Do you have a preference for one or the other. What do you think would be easier to breed and most importantly more beneficial to the herp community?
I am building a 4x2x2 so I have the room for a pair of one or the other. I just cant decide! I want either a pair of Snow Beardies, or a pair of Nigerian Uros. But as I said...I cant decide for the life of me!

Well I picked uromastyx, like everyone else because when it comes to which of those are more up for sale it’s the dragon. Therefore, I'm saying that if you do breed uros you will benefit to the herp community by making their population higher. You know.

Are you actually going to buy these or are you just asking...what about the sav and tegu you were "getting" before?
I have 2 uromastyx, and ive had a beardy, and the uro's are ten times better.

In Canada I think they are selling for $60 a piece for CB ones, and ive checke out a few US sites and they ranged from $20-$40.

Here is a quote from your website:
Quote:
Welcome to Xtreme Reptiles! Thank you for stopping by and please tell your friends! In the future we will be working with Leopard Geckos, Boa Constrictors, Bearded Dragons, & possibly Ratsnakes. I will be focusing my breeding on the Leopard Gecko, working with many different colors and morphs. I will also be specializing in Bearded Dragon morphs.
|
Do not get me wrong, but would you not know about getting dragons, if your advertizing that you will be "specializing in Bearded Dragon morphs?" Seems like something a "breeder" would know due to experience.
In any case, good luck with your furture purchase. I also would recommend the Uro...just my personal thought.

Well i just had to bring it up because ive seen you post at least 3 threads on WHAT SHOULD I GET, and i just think its a waste of time if your changing your mind every 10 minutes.
Im not trying to be an ***, dont get me wrong, but choose something you want and stick to it. Do some research and all that stuff first before you start asking on price and where you can get it. That stuff is for when your ready to actually buy the animal
Good luck with whatever you get...
