a few croc questions

I deffinetly wanna own a croc/aligator when i move into my own place...as for now i can only dream ...but i have a few questions.
First what is the smallest, not dwarf, croc/aligator you can get. Id want one that stayed under 6 feet..is that possible?

What is the average price range for this type of species and are they readily available.

what size enclosure would one need

does anyone know a good care sheet for keeping crocs in captivity?

I had a few more questions but i cant remember haha..when i do ill ask.
