Could you use a chicken incubater to hatch lizards/turtles??

They work well for the purpose. Hovobators are the most popular, however if you go with one of those, avoid purchasing the turbo fan model. In order for it to operate, the temps must be above 100 degrees, which is way warmer than herp eggs will ever see.
