i got a caiman off some guy yesterday...he told me he was either gonna kill it or give it to me, so i did what i thought i should have done and i took it. What size enclosure do i need, he is a caiman thats about 3 feet long and his back leg has an ugly scar on it...its pretty much healed but should i still keep an eye on it? I also need to know what i should feed him and what the heat of the basking spot should be. I have room for an enclosure the is 4x4 right now until i move out of my apartment in about 2 weeks...is this to small? This guy already almost bit me haha
look on the website crocodilian.com for info because there is just too much info to tell you!! Read and if you have more questions just ask but do you know what type of caiman it is?
He wasnt literally going to kill it on the spot, but it looked like it wouldnt live to much longer...its alright bart, i see why you'd be a little worried but i think i can give it a nice life
