shed frequency?

How often should a crested shed? my crested just finished shedding a week ago and yesterday she started shedding again.

she's about a year old.

That is one deformed crested where did you get her from? P.S. there is consistancy in sheding for cresteds but the more the better.

Bought her off a member last summer, wasn't until we moved into a new house that even got to see her shed (it's really dry, so now i try to keep the cage fairly humid).
