Hey Michelle, that would be a 50gram rat in her tummy....YUMMMMMM. I alternate between rats and adult mice ( because I have a few frozen adult mice, need to use em up....discovered the health benefits of rats over mice after I bought the mice )

Awwwwwww, sweet snake Michelle.
Nice to see a full belly on em eh
"Promise" has never taken 2 items for me, so I moved her from the adult mice to rats cuz I knew she could eat em.

thanks, he is a sweety, hes turning brown now though, i was hoping he'd stay grey, oh well. hes actually taken 3 mice one time but he was so full from them, and he didn't want to eat the next time i fed him so i went back to 2. i am hoping at the next herp show i go to i get a whole bunch of small rats for him and my 2 foot ball python.

Fat bellies on a snake are always a pleasure to see; it tells me that the snake is most likely a well cared for one
