Housing my Dum's boa?

I have a young Dumeril's that is about 24" long, living in a 10"x20" enclosure. I have a 36"x28" enclosure waiting for her. I have only had her about two and a half weeks, but she seems very settled and has eaten three times without incident.
I'm wondering if I should wait for her to grow a bit before moving her to the larger cage? As far as hides, she spends almost all her time under the substrate, so the cage is really one big hide for her.
Your opinions please.

A 20x10 enclosure is about the size of a ten gallon tank and is small for a snake that is 24 inches long in my opinion. Ive read that Dum's like to feel secure but if the snake is eating well and seems to be well adjusted i would move him/her over to the new enclosure. Im sure others will add their opinions too.

I would agree with Big V on this. I keep mine in a 20 gal long tank till they where about a year old. If she is eatting alright I'd go ahead and move her.

Go with an overhead desert rays heat pannel from bigappleherp.com and control it with a digital proportional thermostat, also from bigapple. This is what I use on all my cages. You'll want a back ground temp of about 85 F., with a hot spot at one end. And never ever put any heat source on or under the bottom of the cage. Please trust me on this! Snakes get burned all the time from laying on a malfunctioning or improperly controled heat source. And remember...use a thermostat, not a reostat! Good luck, Tony.
