The size is fine, but don't use a glass aquarium...

Ehhhem!! Bartman.....pics?? lol That size is fine. You might want to consider putting like 3 or 4 inches of backdrop on the bottom edge of the glass. This way she can't see out. I find, no matter how long she has, my Russian has never figured out hwat glass is. It seemed to stress her alot before I put the boarder on.

yea i have something that doesnt let her see out..the sliding rail for the plexi glass, so i guess this tank is perfect forever Hers a pic of both her and the tank

the tank doesnt have any of that stuff inside, that was when my uromastyx was in there, but that is the tank itself

Ideally, a plywood pen or something similar works best...The glass aquarium isn't great because the ammonia builds up from any wastes in the aquarium and doesn't allow for proper air exchange.

Mines ok, right? From what i understand it is ideal for a tortoise..they wont get stressed from the glass, she cant see from the plexiglass front and its the right size...

I just took pics of my cham and turtles(check the forums or my gallery), but not the torts. I have a younger Redfoot and a Russian. I'll get some pics for ya. I only borrowed the camera long enough to snap a couple pics. I forgot about the torts. LOL I'll get some pics to ya.
