Hey-
I just purchased an Emporer Scorpion and its about 3inches long.
How big must it get before it will breed? I am probably going to buy atleast one more.

you probably could mate it now though i am not sure you want to mate scorpio's because they are mean things i tell you mean

emperors are generally sweet and mellow, thats why they are such good starters, my centroides (sp) is something more along the satan line lol

I'm very sure that it is an Emporer. I was just joking with biggz about his spider being mean. My scorpian is very friendly and has never stung me.

How long do you think it takes usually for one to grow from 3 inches to 5 inches.

What would you recommend as a good diet, for good growth for a scorpion such as mine?

Scorpions are venomous not poisonous and can be quite tolerant of handling depending on species. Venom toxicity also varies as does disposition.
