Awwwww.. cute little Savus....

Interesting that they mention that Savu island is actually hot and dry, not humid as you might expect. I think this shows the importance of researching the climate of their native habitat instead of just depending on care sheets for information. Every single care sheet I've ever seen said to keep Savus at high humidity. Now I know that it's probably not a requirement at all.

That is very interesting and neat i think it is great that ppl are actually capable of saving animals that are basically extinct

That's such a cute picture. Their faces really remind me of White Lips, you can definitely tell that they're in the same family.

TRD, did you mean to say, that white lips are in the same genus at Savu's? Balls are the same family as WLP's and savu's, they're all Boids.

WLP's and Savu's aren't the same genus anyhow, though they used to be.
