I use fluval. It's an underwater filter, so that you can use it in almost any water depth.

I paid around $30.00 for the filter and extra pads, I think.

I got it at Petcetra. You can get it in lots of pet stores though. I know that they sell them at Reptilia and Big Als. Maybe call around. Just make sure that you get one for the appropriate for the amount of water that you have in the enclosure. I have the smallest - Fluval 1. It is appropriate for up to 12 US gallons. Just a hint, The fluval 1 doesn't need the charcoal. I was sold it and didn't need it. You need it for the fluval 2 and up. I ended up using it anyhow, just cut it into smaller strips. Oh, it really moves the water, so if your frogs/toads don't like it, you can adjust the flow with a piece of slate or something. Hope that I've helped!

Fluval are the best, they come in all sizes and shapes, get the right one for your tank, me and my uncle raise turtles, messy buggers. We have a fluval 303, magnum 350 and a whisper5.
Probably all about 10 years old now but they all work good. Fluval are the better of the sort, I don't know what kind of frogs you keep but the toads I used to keep were very messy. I highly suggest making sure you buy a filter that can take carbon inserts.
