Size question

I was wondering about the size that a female Sulawasie Retic and a male have to be to breed.?
Friends of mine that i got my new girl from was told that the female had to be around 20' to breed? Does anyone know for sure of the size the male and female have to be.

My girl is around 14' - 16' right now

And if it has to be bred to another Sulawasie or could it be bred to a Normal Retic

Not that i intend to breed her but it would be nice to know
