Check out this little dude that hatched....

From Marc B's (the best Hondo-breeder I know. Well, him AND Roy) Spotted Tangerine Line (the top snake in the photo). Crazy. Not sure if its the actual spotted trait showing up, but this is one cool snake! Hope its a female!!!

And here's 2 "normal" Tangerines that just came out. Very placid little guys (well, big guys). But just wait until their first shed!!!!

Ha ha Conas! They aren't expensive at all. My favorite colubrid, by far!! You could get Hondos in Texas for under a hundred bucks man!!

Ah you are killing me and I am not even a huge honduran fan. I can't believe how awesome those spotted two are!

How long are they when they hatch?

Those look pretty damn nice Jeff. Congrats. It seems you're having a pretty busy summer with eggs and all

Thanks Kendrick! Its been a crazy year for sure. And the best is yet to come.....

Marisa, they are about 20cm when they are born (8 inches). They take largish pinky mice right away.

Jeff they are awsome, but I like the normal pattern best. As far as milks go are they typical in tempermant or more docile? If more docile do you think their larger size plays a role in it?
Thanks,
Trevor

Really neat new babies - the spots change their appearance so much. Hard to imagine it in the albino - white spots on a red background - likely without any yellow - right. I would love to see the pattern in a ghost - but think it looks great in the tangerine. Keep sharing photos of these great hondurans -

Tim, the ventral is pretty much the same as the dorsal. A little blander though.

Trev, Hondos were once known for being super-aggro snakes, but that might have been due to them being WC. I do notice that they are flighty and jerky in their movements (females more than males), but they rarely bite. They do get large though!! 6 foot Hondos are SUPER impressive! I can't wait until my albinos get that big!!!

Mary, a spotted albino? Hmmm...that DOES sound cool!!
