My Bp just pooped for the first time today and i have noway of getting it to the vet to be checked for parasites and whatnot, is there anything i can do to keep it "fresh" untill the weekend???? thanks for the help
I don't know for sure, but I'd suggest that you put in a plastic sandwich bag and keep it in the fridge. Make sure you label it very clearly though

LOL--I was wondering this same thing!! Is fridge better than freezer, ya think? I'm not looking forward to storing snake poop...

Freezer may kill the vary paracites your checking for. My vet as told me to put it in the fridge but it's only good for like three days.
Cheers,
Trevor
Yup. You can keep it in the fridge. The sooner the better, but if you need to wait, the fridge will suffice. Do not freeze any samples, this alters everything, as well as can kill alot of active parasites, etc.
