Snails for albigularis; scorpions for V. panoptes; centipedes for exanthematicus; frogs for jobiensis; lizards for bengalensis; crayfish/shrimp for dumerilii; cockroaches for rudicollis; mice for acanthurus; crabs for salvator; it really gets them excited and enhances their daily "boring" captive lives stuck in a box with little to do - enhancing their environments with new items introduced, such as varied food items gives them enrichment and benefits their welfare tremendously, and costs little more time or money to do so....
good luck,
markb
