Jumping Leos

Every thing i've read about leos say they don't like to climb. i think that is a bunch of bs. my leos climb everywhere they can. There even jumping now lol.

I was wondering if anyone else was seeing what i see with mine.

When i come home from work 2 of my 5 females housed together will come out of thier hiding spots as soon as they hear my voice. and continually look up and try to walk in air. it's so funny to see. as an example yesturday i came home didn't say a word. my boyfriend was standing by the tank petting rouge then i walked up and asked who he was playing with and as soon as i said the first word domino (she was basking on a rock we have in there) perked up and looked right at me. as my boyfriend was walking away i stood directly infront of the cage and kept talking to him. i look down and she walked up this tree we have in there and was trying to walk in air again (lol) the second i stuck my hand in the cage she jumped on to me before i could make it to her. my boyfriend seen the whole thing and couldn't belive it. she jumped a good 3-4 inches to my hand. then he tried to get her to go to him and she absolutly refused (haha). So she stayed on my shoulder for around an hour. shes mamas little baby.

But shes not the only one that has done that to me. rouge likes to jump to me and so does another one of mine named siren.

Just wondering if anybody elses leos are as attached to them like mine are to me.

My first male Leo (Basil, my avatar), used to do the same thing. He was such a sweet and intelligent reptile. I too, have heard that leos are primarily terrestrial, but I've seen them jump and climb as well. It's a shame that not all leos are like that! Your baby obviously knows who mommy is!

Yup somewhere I've got a great pic of Seneca climbing his fake plants. They always climb my shirts. I too think it's BS that they don't like to climb. I think if there were more trees in the desert, they'd be climbing em.

They don't live in the open desert, they live in rocky outcroppings, so bascially they spend much time in the wild climbing around
