Two male Russian torts....
I picked up another Russian tortoise and it turned out to be a male. Looks like I have two males and a female and the males are ramming each other. I will probably sell the extra male.

I am by no means an expert, or even at all experienced in breeding torties, but from what I have read and heard, most torties bered best, and some won't breed at all, unless kept in a 2.1 ratio?

Male combat amongst russians can be downright nasty Linds, and acclimated males must be kept seperately. A little male combat after hibernation, supervised of course to make sure they don't start tearing each others heads off, sometimes will get non-interested males in the mood, but as for every day housing....keep em' seperated!!!

I would buy it for 200 bucks but i have no way to get to new brunswick...the only way i could get it from you is if you could get it shipped to thornhill (toronto) where i live. But 200 bucks i would buy it forsure. Do you have any pictures of it?

Whoa!! I'm glad to live in the USA where Russians go for $35 to 40 locally!!
I agree with ReptileHQ, male Russians have a pretty bad case of testosterone poisoning, they can be almost as bad as a breeding season ig for aggression.
