Question feeding question

Just wondering... is it OK to feed pinkie mice to a rose hair? Is there maybe a certain size that she should be first? I'm pretty sure my rosie could handle a day old but thought I'd get some opinions first

Thanks!

Pinkie mice would be fine to feed to a rose hair.

I have been feeding my rose hairs with pinks for well over a year with no other side affects than the fact that they got really big and beefy.

I'm assuming that live pinkies are better than thawed? Would they even take a thawed?

Over a year? Cool... how old/big were they when you started?

Pinkies are fine... feeding dead prey IME has always been about the drop! Plunk the pinky down about 3 inches in front of the spider's palps and BAM they jump it 9 times out of 10.

Sometimes T's just dont care for pinkies or fuzzy mice.. Wait till shes good and hungry and wiggle it in front of her and see what happens.. Only a few of my T's take pinkies, fuzzy mice or rat pups.. the rest are just plain outright spoiled on crix and other prey.. Most of your real agressive T's will take prey like that right off the bat... Just make sure the T is a good size befour feeding pinkies... One other thing everyone please make sure your pinkies or fuzzy mice have not had any kind of mite protector chemicals on or near them as this will kill the T even if the prey has been in ceder bedding it has bad effects on the T.
