Incubator Help ?

Hi i have got a small bar frige and want to turn it into a little Incubator and was wondering if any one could tell me how to do it.
I need to know what i will need and how to build it this bar frige is 3'x3'x3' and the door opens on the top any help would be great

P.S if any one has any pic's of their home made Incubator's please post them so i have a idea on what i need to do.
