Need help ordering from store

I don't know if its my email program or the stores, but I seem to be having a problem getting through to anyone.
I only have a smaller order for now, but that is because I own one snake and he is still growing in food sizes.

Can anyone help on this problem? Is there a minimum order? Is everyone just wayy tooo busy?
