Baby boa didnt fully shed tip of tail

I've had my boa for several months now and it shed soon after getting her. About 1 inch of her tail still had shed on it I've picked at it a couple time and she didnt like it so I left it alone. I didnt think it was that big of a deal. Now shes getting ready to shed again and it looks a little tight so I started doing research and it is a big deal. I havent been able to find anything on how to correct it befor she loses part of her tail. Can someone please help!!!! I have her soaking right now in 82 degrees water

Soak the skin to soften it. Use a damp paper towel to grip it and peel it off.

Soak and then take a damp towel and let the Boa move through the damp towel while Applying some pressure. It could take a bit of work since it is ready to shed again.

I used to rub baby oil on mine when the tip of her tail didn't shed. Never tried the soaking thing.
