Water Dragons

i was wondering if anyone has any water dragons and what kind of flooring do u use in there tank i was thinking of putting planting soil to keep the humitity up but i want to know what u use

I tried sphagnum moss, it got mouldy.
I tried indoor/outdoor carpeting, it got mouldy.

I realized that my wd was NEVER on the floor of the cage anyways. So...

I replaced any and all substrate with a tupperwear container large enough to cover the entire bottom of the cage.
My wd LOVES the huge swimming area and the fact that he can amuse himself all day by dropping off of his branches and shelves and landing in the water, climbing up and doing it all over again.


If you are going to use soil make sure that it has NO fertilizers in it, and be prepared to change the water area 2-3 times a day, as your wd WILL drag in more soil that you would ever have thought possible each and every day. lol.
