why anyone in Canada or USA breed rats if you have frozen rats selling ?

It costs less, especially considering shipping charges for overnight or 2-day shipping ($25-$45USD), you know what the mice/rats have been eating, and you have fresh food for your snakes, especially the ones that feed only on live prey.

I don't have enough snakes at the moment to consider breeding rodents. It's a lot of work and upkeep.

Yea, that's the reason I don't do it myself. But, if you have the space, good ventilation, and a lot of snakes, I figure it would be better than purchasing.
