Snake identification

Hi everyone. I am new to this group. Didn't see anything off hand on where I need to post pictures of a snake I am trying to identify. Any help is appreciated!

If you are trying to post a picture, it is the mountain icon, then just type the URL of the picture. Or you can just submit a URL without the picture icon, as long as it leads to the picture. That is the only way I know how to do it.
