10-20 gallon heat pad for 20 gallon long tank?

I don't know if I need a bigger heat pad because I have a 20 gallon long tank

I don't understand your question. What will you be keeping in it? I recommend reptilebasics.com for heat pads cause you can reuse them.

I'll be keeping a corn snake inside. I just wasn't sure if the heat pad was big enough

I'd go with a larger UTH.

Depends on the temp of your house, if its cool you might want a bigger heat pad. If its regularly in the 70's you'll be fine.
