Help identifying snakes please

Been a lot of snakes this year in my area(Georgia). Found them in the garage, in our small pond, and in my house! I think they are copperheads but I am not sure. Can anyone help me identify these two snakes?

The first is an Eastern Copperhead (Agkistrodon contortrix), it is venomous. Best to leave it alone.

The second is a "Black" Rat Snake (Pantherophis sp.), it is harmless. There are two species and a large area of "taxonomic uncertainty" in Georgia.

Will the copperheads have a brown tint even as babies?

Juvenile Copperheads look virtually identical to adults, only the tip of the tail is usually a bright yellow. They use the bright tail tip as a lure by wiggling it around like a worm to attract potential prey items, such as frogs. This is known as caudal luring. The bright yellow tail tip fades quickly, but they are known to occasionally caudal lure as adults as well.

got another one in my house. I think its a rat snake though? I trapped him in some tupperware. If its a rat snake I'll take it out in the woods.

Not really clear enough. My guess is that it's some kind of kingsnake which is not dangerous.

This one is a juvenile Common Water Snake (Nerodia sipedon sp.), it is harmless. These feed primarily on fish and amphibians.
